Associate Director - Contract & Procurement Advisory
Location: Anywhere in UK
Salary: £70-85k base + benefits
Our client is expanding fast and looking for an exceptional Associate Director to help lead the next phase of our growth. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior role at the heart of a high-performing consultancy, driving transformation across the Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors.

Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of best-in-class procurement and contract advisory services across major programmes and flagship projects.
- Provide expert procurement strategy guidance to both public and private sector clients.
- Manage and oversee end-to-end procurement services, ensuring high-quality outputs and successful client outcomes.
- Shape and grow the procurement and contract services offering, including emerging areas such as Sustainable Procurement, Transformation, Renewables, Digital Procurement and Net Zero strategies.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of specialists.
- Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships and oversee all related deliverables and commercial outputs.
- Lead business development initiatives, including shaping proposals, developing bids, and contributing to strategic growth objectives.
- Support and drive the achievement of wider team and business targets.
Core Competencies
- Proven experience delivering strategic procurement on major programmes within infrastructure, defence, energy or similarly complex environments.
- Strong capability in leading end-to-end procurement activities, including tendering, evaluation, negotiation and commercial development.
- Ability to develop high-quality procurement strategies and category approaches across a range of direct or indirect spend areas.
- Strong team, client and vendor management experience
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to business development, including bid and proposal leadership.
- Security Clearance (SC) is advantageous, though not required
