Fantastic 12-month Contract Manager role (a.i.) where you will work with a leading client and manage important maintenance contracts for a range of commercial properties. You will be the single point of contact for the client's customers and will report to the Department Manager Contracts.

The client manages and maintains high-quality real estate with expertise in building and installation technical maintenance. Further, the client uses digital asset management for insight and sustainable maintenance strategies, resulting in more efficient real estate use.

Tasks:

• Acting as the first point of contact for the customer to proactively maintain the customer relationship and expand activities within the maintenance contract;
• Providing (periodic) reports to the customer and internal management as well as monitoring the financials
• Acting as an advisor to the customer and providing direction to internal colleagues (e.g., work planners);
• Ensuring that preventive maintenance is carried out completely and efficiently;
• Ensuring that malfunctions are resolved efficiently, within customer requirements, and settled promptly;
• Acquiring and coordinating project activities at your clients such as replacements, renovations, sustainable investments, and the like with regional work and overseeing their execution;
• Investigating the wishes and needs of the customer and acting on them. Anticipating customer needs. Giving high priority to service readiness and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Language required: Both Dutch and English
• A completed relevant HBO education;
• At least 5 years of experience in the role of Contract Manager;
• Required certificates such as VCA-VOL and preferably also relevant additional courses/education;
