Mstar Framework Agreement- London Boroughs

The Background

The MSTAR framework is a national framework for the provision of managed temporary agency resourcing services to local authorities, schools and academies, emergency services, registered charities and other wider public sector organisations throughout the UK.  We are a fully vetted and approved supplier on this framework and deliver into 23 of the 30 London boroughs for both interim and permanent roles within procurement.

Our Approach

Because of the depth of our relationships, network and experience we have developed competency assessments which a number of boroughs have now adopted.  The client consequently uses us to complete first stage interviews and we also screen all of their advertising response. This obviously saves the client time and resource and ensures that all candidates are benchmarked from the same competencies.

The Outcome  

Over forty interims operating within London boroughs with an average 9 month contract length and fill 3 in every 4 interim vacancies. Due to our relationships and success rate we also have two days exclusivity prior to the portal release showing that we can demonstrate improved delivery even when working through a framework.
