The Background

This global life sciences company is split into three areas, pharmaceuticals, vaccines and consumer healthcare and won the tender to be appointed onto the preferred supplier list back in 2011.

Our Approach

We work through the MSP and have been instrumental in driving change to better engage second tier suppliers with spotlight calls and weekly review calls with the account managers which has driven heightened success across the board from all suppliers.

The Outcome

Since our engagement we have provided 80 interim professionals within the business and are viewed as one of their top two suppliers for procurement and supply chain recruitment – and their associated commercial functions.
