CRH – Identifying Globally Mobile Candidates

The Background

CRH is an international building materials company which had been undertaking a wholesale transformation of its global procurement function leading to a high volume of new positions across both directs and indirects. We were tasked to run an initial campaign to deliver 12 roles against a very tight time frame.

Our Approach

There were some core challenges which included working across many locations – some of them remote – in countries covering the whole of Europe – and the requirement for specific industry knowledge and skills. Consequently we took a multifaceted approach to resourcing which included developing relationships with European universities for graduate analyst recruitment and targeted search within competitor companies.

The Outcome

A total of 28 positions were filled within a 12 month period across 8 European countries and we continue to be their preferred supplier.
