We’re delighted to share the news that 1st Executive has received a KellyOCG award for Supplier Excellence.

KellyOCG, the outsourcing and consulting group of Kelly Services, presented the award last week at the Spring Supplier Forum in Amsterdam, recognising their top performers. Suppliers were evaluated on three criteria:

• Scorecard results of performance
• Compliance
• Engagement survey results

To be 1 of 19 recipients of the award globally from a pool of over 3,000 is a fantastic accolade for 1st Executive, acknowledging how outstanding service, aligned values and strategic partnerships can positively impact the client and candidate experience. 

The key metrics that secured the top spot for 1st Executive were:

• 100% response rate
• 100% of deadlines met
• 100% compliant
• 69% fill rate – a rate unheard of previously

Having overseen and managed the work, Director, Sally Davis, and Principal Consultant, Jim Bellicoso, were thrilled to accept the trophy on behalf of the 1st Executive team.
