Quantity Surveyor £53k

Role: Quantity Surveyor (NEC).

Client: Major Utilities organisation.

Rate: £40k to £53k per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Hybrid working from home and 2-3 days in West Sussex office.

A number of Quantity Surveyor roles to support a leading Utilities organisation on complex, high-value construction projects, across their Water portfolio.

These roles offer the opportunity to expand your expertise, contribute to major CAPEX projects, and be a key part of a team driving excellence and positive environmental change in the industry.

These roles will deal with contractors in Construction activities, governance, and pre-contract work, utilising NEC3 and NEC4.

The roles will also support on contract drafting and administration, as well as some assurance and audit work to ensure correct costing.

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience dealing with NEC3 and NEC4.
• Ideally a background in Utilities, Nuclear, Aviation, Rail or Highways.
• Advantageous would be Chartered status, RICS or CIOB.
