Temporary Scrum Master - £635pd

One of the worlds largest and most innovative medical technology firms has an urgent requirement for an Interim Scrum Master to join their fast-paced team.

This role is an initial 7-month contract, offering up to £635 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35), with a blended approach to and in London.

The Role:

As Interim Scrum master, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Scrum Team achieve sprint targets, ensuring key Scrum events take place effectively. You will run sprint planning meetings, monitoring and managing team alignment on User stories, run daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospectives ensuring learnings are shared, as well as coaching and guiding the team.

This role will be responsible for providing regular progress updates, and identify and mitigate any blockers. You will drive continuous improvement in processes.

Requirements:

- Demonstrable ability to lead and influence teams, via Agile, as well as expert knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology.

- Ideally, experience in a technical / insurance environment.

- Excellent experience in software development practices, continuous integration and web/ mobile technologies.

- Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders cross-functionally and up to a senior level.

- Continuous improvement mindset.
