Supply Chain/ Inventory Manager

Our client a Major global FMCG organisation are currently seeking an inventory manager to manage and execute the activities for conversion of finished goods and WIP into goods, recovering of unsaleable stock, and the conversion and management of goods to saleable stock.

The key skills required are:

Proven ability in Supply Chain to identify,manage and execute the activities for convertion of finished goods and WIP into goods recovering of unsaleable stock, and the conversion and management of goods to saleable stock.
Execute the Supply Chain actions required to convert stocks; liaising with 3rd Party co-packers, agreeing costing, and working with component supply planners or directly with suppliers for components timing and ordering, as required.

Person Profile:

5-7 years with Supply Chain Management, experience in an FMCG environment preferred
Minimum 1 year usage of SAP (R3) with inventory/supply planning capacity
Experience in influencing and working in cross functional teams, R&D, Commercial, Financial
Experience in coordinating rework, repack or product customisation activities with internal or external parties
Experience of managing a team of individuals
