1st Executive is seeking a Supply Chain Finance Business Partner to join one of our very reputable, industry leading manufacturing clients. You will need a strong track record working for complex, multi-national organisations.

Our client is a global manufacturing organisation, a leader in their field and renowned innovators that produce goods that set the trend for the industry. In line with a global programme to transform their back-office functions within the organisation, they are seeking a Supply Chain Business Partner to work as intermediary between their finance and supply chain departments, providing financial leadership and working with the distribution entity of the business.

The role:

As Supply Chain Finance Business Partner, you will be a key member of the Global Supply Chain organization with primary responsibilities of providing financial leadership a key area of the business, as well as the distribution section.

Reporting to both the UK Operations Finance Director and the Sr Director Planning & Global Warehousing, Distribution and Trade Compliance Vice President, you will help lead the execution of our business plan. Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and financial skills will be keys to success in this role.

The Essential Requirements:

• 3 - 5 Years experience in a similar role
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in a Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting study e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA
• Practical application of finance skills within a multinational company and commercial setting Cross functional experience outside of Finance e.g. in a commercial role
• Advanced data analysis methods and tools (quantitative and qualitative) that deliver targeted financial insights aligned to strategy
• Experiencing using SAP & HFM
• Line manager experience
• Experience working with senior stakeholders

Desired experience:

• Practical application of finance skills within a multinational company and commercial setting Cross functional experience outside of Finance e.g. in a commercial role
• Strong background in managing commercial performance, ideally linked to supply chain is desirable
• Medical device product knowledge, positioning and performance drivers
• Knowledge of industry trends, supply chain legal and regulatory requirements, as well as quality processes e.g. FDA Quality System Regulation and ISO 13485
• Broad understanding of Finance opportunities, issues and concerns outside of the Business Partners immediate control
