Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting with internal stakeholders
• Placing/Expediting/Managing on-time purchase orders
• ERP systems messages and material deliveries management
• Confirming and challenging supplier capacity
• Managing and reacting to KPI's
• Liaising with Suppliers

Desired characteristics:

• Experience in a Manufacturing/Energy MRP environment
• Ability to work on their own initiative
• Proven track record in co-ordinating/buying/purchasing/management of materials, ideally within energy, engineering, utilities or automotive industries
• SAP experience
• Knowledge of International Trade and Incoterms
