Role: Supplier Relationship Manager (SRM)

Salary: Up to £55K + Excellent Benefits

Location: Northampton (2 days p/w + Agile / Flexible Working)

Our client is a market leading Global Financial Services organisation, seeking to recruit an experienced Supplier Relationship Manager (SRM) to lead the global Payroll supplier portfolio, supporting key stakeholders in the UK, EMEA, USA, China and India.

Role:

As a Supplier Manager, you will excel at building and maintaining effective commercial partnerships with the global payroll supplier base, and will support delivery on the agreed payroll strategy, whilst ensuring the end-to-end global payroll service is accurate, on time and fully compliant to all requirements. As part of your role you will also ensure Service Reviews and Annual Business Reviews are held and documented for audit purpose

You will provide an expert Supplier Relationship Management capability; using your experience of supplier risk and relationship management to create clear supplier strategies (commercial, contractual and risk) for the global Payroll supplier portfolio, and will ensure the contractual obligations, performance and business unit objectives are met and evidenced on a monthly basis

Experience:

You will demonstrate;

  • a depth of Supplier Management, SRM or Vendor Management experience
  • experience of managing outsourced Payroll suppliers is beneficial but not essential
  • experience gained in a complex, global, 'blue-chip' environment
  • evidence of nurturing relationships with global stakeholders in multiple geographic locations
  • evidence of leading monthly supplier review meetings, delivering MI & Performance Reports to key stakeholders
  • Ideally Degree qualified
