1st Executive is recruiting on behalf of a market leading Global 'Blue-Chip' company, based in Northampton within a centralised procurement function. You will be leading a Category of £60m and running projects from start to finish.

Role:

• Strategic sourcing (7 steps) within the Corporate services category
• Analysis the categories and find opportunities for savings
• Sole responsibility for the project
• Leasing with suppliers to identify the best solutions

It's expected that the candidate be able to demonstrate experience within the procurement like the following:

• Experience running and controlling project
• Excellent track record of engaging and influencing key stakeholders
• Experience in the full strategic sourcing cycle
• Preferably currently working towards their CIPS
