Service Transition Manager - London - 450 p/d inside IR35

URGENT requirement for a SC Cleared Service Transition Manager to work on a 6 month contract in London.

Role:

Taking the lead on all service transition projects and drive deliver, design and implementation across the business. Assessing all risks throughout the transition and ensure any scheduling and performance issues have a minimal impact on the business.

Required experience:

You will have lead transition projects previously from implementation through to delivery.

Experience conducting stakeholder analysis.

SC Clarence is needed, but the client will consider candidate without this, but you must be willing to go through SC Clarence checks.
