Global FTSE100 Financial Services organisation requires a London based Supplier Relationship Manager (SRM) to help with the governance processes during a transformative period in the SRM function.

They require candidates with 5+ years of experience within SRM or Vendor Management within mature functions, with a good appreciation of policy and process.

The role will not involve day to day management of suppliers.

You will improve SRM processes and ensure they are fit for purpose, suggesting and implementing change, being willing to challenge and influence, making certain that best practices are shared and the business is trained to improve compliance and consistency.

A longer-term goal is to establish the centre of excellence model for SRM.

You will be comfortably in global, large-scale complex organisations, comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders at C-Level.

You'll possess familiarity with best practice SRM frameworks (including performance management, relationship management, commercial management and risk management.
