A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Procurement Operations Manager to join a FTSE 250 business to lead their procurement team.

This role is to manage members of the team, engage stakeholders and suppliers in order to optimise procurement within a growing function; whilst also being responsible for the technological development of the procurement function.

Location: London / Bristol

Salary: Up to £75k + Extensive benefits package

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• A track record in managing operational procurement delivery and high performing teams
• Able to demonstrate the ability to influence, challenge and negotiate with wide range of knowledgeable clients, suppliers and colleagues
• Significant people management and operational procurement experience
• Experience in delivering exceptional procurement value in a complex environment
