This will be a split focus role between the Urban Energy divison, covering capex, ground works, civil works. Along with places and communities, covering total fm spend across multiple sites across London such as Lambeth council, Kingston council and the Olympic park

• Senior procurement manager in FM
• Experience needed in both Hard and Soft FM (5years)
• Must be supplier side work history
• Must have good stakeholder management and influence skills
• Degree or CIPS desirable
• Line manager experience is essential (1 year)
• Previous spend managed of £50 million
