Senior Commercial Manager - FM

We are recruiting for a Senior Commercial Manager - FM to be home based, requiring commuting to London.

The role will provide support across the International business as instructed by the Commercial Director and as demanded by the business

Key Accountabilities:

  • The Senior Commercial Manager will be the lead and support commercial resource within a range of international FM contracts
  • They will provide contract commercial management services along with supporting growth on existing contracts.
  • The Senior Commercial Manager will manage and lead on numerous stakeholder relationships, including those with client representatives. Stakeholders will be internal stakeholders, BD managers, operations, legal, clients
  • The Senior Commercial Manager will be required to interact with managers of all levels both internally and within our Client organisations
  • Expected to make decisions on strategy and implementation for tasks
  • Full understanding of Commercial and Contractual Management are prerequisites for the role
  • Identifying, monitoring and reporting on risks
  • Supporting the management and mitigation of risks at all levels

Essential Experience/ Qualifications

  • Experience working as a Commercial Manager within the FM industry
  • Experienced in post contract areas of commercial management
  • A Bachelor degree in a related subject or equivalent
  • Professional Qualification an advantage RICS,BIFM,LPC etc.
  • Good understanding of contract law
