1st Executive are currently recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Chemical company for an experienced Regional Supply Chain Planning Executive to support the internal supply chain. Reporting into the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating the project planning and execution of the internal (toll) supply chain. In addition, this role will administer the controls for customs procedures and conduct analysis on and governance of internal (toll) inventory.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating the project planning for the S&OP site transfer process ensuring timelines are met and key action plans are upheld.
  • Participating in the monthly S&OP cycle demonstrating plan performance and escalating plan risks.
  • Supporting the execution of the toll supply chain between sites ensuring that toll policies and procedures are followed as well as maintaining OTIF and inventory profiles within the toll supply chain.
  • Ensuring the customs procedures surrounding Outward Process Relief (OPR), import/export controls etc are maintained and reported to the relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Analysis and reporting of toll inventory and trends and facilitating inventory target alignment within the S&OP process.
  • Significant international supply chain planning experience
  • Ability to build collaborative working relationships and engage and influence senior stakeholder
  • Strong project-management skills with experience of managing project resources and working to tight deadlines
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Data management skills
  • High level of attention-to-detail and the ability to work accurately when working under pressure
