Risk Business Partner - £85K + Excellent Package

Location: London + Flexible Working (1/2 Days in office per week)

Are you an ambitious individual looking to fast-track your a career in Risk? Our client, a leading UK 'Blue-Chip', is looking to recruit a Risk Business Partner within their Global Risk function. This is a fantastic development opportunity for an individual with Risk Business Partnering experience, and with a desire to fast-track their career in a Risk function undergoing significant transformation and up-skilling.

Role:

This is role will specialise in providing 2nd line oversight and risk advice to the Firm's Chief Finance Office, Chief People Office and General Counsel. The role holder will work closely with each team to understand their strategic goals and help achieve resilient outcomes by highlighting opportunities as well as threats and championing the right balance between risk and reward.

Operating strategically and with a holistic view, identifying interdependencies across the teams and sharing best practice will be a key feature, bringing the teams together where appropriate. The role holder will establish themselves as an informed and pragmatic risk partner/ advisor and over time be able to articulate the current and target risk profile, challenges and key remediation activities across each team.

Experience:

• Experience working in a Finance team and a good understanding of Procurement, Treasury, HR, Legal and Compliance functions
• Analytical and logical nature, highly numerate with demonstrable experience of using Excel
• Confident communicator with an engaging personality - capable of developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across all business units
• Ideally Degree qualified
