Procurement Process Analyst - £300 - £325

Excellent opportunity for any procurement professionals, with exceptional analytical skills looking to progress into an analysis position to support the Procurement team on an international scale at one of 1st Executives key clients, a leading FTSE100 Oil and Gas organisation.

As a Procurement Process Analyst, you will be providing analytical support such as facilitation, data gathering, process development and documentation, metrics development and more. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who wants to gain valuable experience and add a great name to their CV.

Key accountabilities:

  • Facilitate and support cross-functional process teams in root cause analysis and development of improved process design
  • Work with systems specialists to understand and incorporate technology
  • Identify improvement solutions to streamline and simplify existing and new processes
  • Assist in delivery of new functionality
  • Identify best business practice approaches to determine improve and/or revised ways of working for the process being managed
  • Identify feedback mechanisms to ensure processes defined or implemented are aligned to efficient operation
  • Monitor processes and publish actual performance against expected performance
  • Data gathering and benchmarking
  • Flow chart and document development
  • Act as central point of contact for gathering feedback on processes

Essential criteria & qualifications (The absolute minimums to do the job):

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, or other related skill
  • Process development or technical writing experience
  • Process alignment skills Advanced Word, Excel and Visio skills
  • Internet savvy
  • Solid communication skills including ability to listen, understand business issues, and analysing data to resolve process inefficiencies
  • Experience using Tableau, Salesforce or SAP is desirable.
