Hiring: Global PMO - Procurement Transformation (12-Month Contract)

We are looking for an experienced PMO professional to join a global Procurement-to-Order (P2O) transformation programme.
This is a delivery-focused role for someone who thrives on driving execution, managing dependencies, and ensuring outcomes are achieved. We're not looking for someone who simply reports status updates or manages templates-we need a PMO who gets things done

Candidates based in the United States
What you'll be doing:
✅ Driving execution across multiple workstreams
✅ Keeping milestones and deliverables on track
✅ Managing risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
✅ Aligning stakeholders across Procurement, IT, Finance, vendors, and business teams
✅ Leading governance forums, project reviews, and steering committees
✅ Supporting deployment readiness, and planning

Key Deliverables:
* Integrated end-to-end project plan
* Action tracker with clear ownership and deadlines
* RAID log with mitigation plans
* Executive-level reporting and decision support
* Site and regional readiness tracking

We're looking for someone with:
🔹 7-10 years of PMO or programme delivery experience
🔹 Strong execution mindset and ability to drive accountability
🔹 Experience in large-scale Procurement/P2P transformation programmes
🔹 Knowledge of procurement processes including PR, PO, Guided Buying, Catalogues, and P2P
🔹 Experience with platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, or similar solutions
🔹 Proven ability to work across regions and global stakeholder groups

Success in this role requires someone who can operate at both the detailed delivery level and the executive level-managing tasks, risks, and dependencies while communicating clearly with senior leadership.
