Role: Procurement Manager - HR & Recruitment (£75K)

Are you a Procurement Manager - with experience of delivering complex sourcing programmes across the breadth of the Contingent Labour, Recruitment and HR category space? If so, this could be the ideal opportunity for you to continue your personal and professional development by taking a key role in an on-going Procurement Transformation programme, supporting a global, FTSE100 organisation, who are striving for innovation under the stewardship of a newly appointed CPO.

Role:
You will play a key role in supporting a business-critical portfolio of Procurement projects - with a focus on the global HR, Recruitment, Contingent Labour and Consultancy categories. You will be tasked with supporting the development and delivery of cutting-edge procurement, strategic sourcing and category management solutions, operating as an internal business partner to key stakeholders across this complex 'blue-chip' organisation.

Experience:
You will demonstrate category expertise across the Contingent Labour, Recruitment and HR category space:

  • You will demonstrate Indirect category experience, with specific exposure to the Contingent Labour, Recruitment and HR category space
  • Ideally, you will demonstrate Procurement experience gained in a regulated industry - ideally Utilities, Oil & Gas, Financial Services or Rail
  • You will demonstrate a consultative approach to engaging and influencing key stakeholders
  • Ideally Degree & MCIPS qualified
