Procurement Manager - Hard FM - London

A commercial real estate company is looking to make an addition to their London based procurement team, bringing on board a Procurement/Category Manager to be responsible for Hard FM spend. You will manage circa £75 mill spend, across Hard FM Services - Mechanical and Electrical, Lifts, Escalators, Fabric.

You will be reposnsible for creating Category Management strategies, executing the category strategies and managing all procurement and supply chain management activities including managing supplier relationships, performance management and continuous improvement, category risk management, and issue resolution.

This role is a great opportunity to work in a true category management role, where the focus is on innovation and value add, as opposed to a 100% "savings" focused role.

This role is Global in nature, and will involve around 20% travel, however your base will be Central London.
