Role: Procurement Lead Professional Services

Location: West London / Surrey

Salary: Up to £75K + Package

1st Executive are seeking a Professional Services Procurement Lead to play a key role in the on-going transformation of a Global Category Portfolio, with a total spend in excess of $1bn. This is a fantastic role with a FTSE 50 global market leader who are actively encouraging innovation and creative solutions that will help to ensure the business is able to meet it's growth ambitions - underpinned by a culture focussed around both green and sustainable solutions.

Role:

The Global Procurement Lead will be responsible for delivery of best in class procurement strategy and end to end sourcing projects across the breadth of the Professional Services and Consultancy spend category. The jobholder will be responsible for leading a team of Procurement Manager's delivering full lifecycle sourcing projects, on behalf of global stakeholders requiring Consultancy, Tax, Audit, Legal and Contingent Labour solutions.

It is expected that the jobholder be able to develop executive level relationships with key global stakeholders, whilst delivering an exceptional service with optimal pricing, quality and service levels. The jobholder will responsible for the definition and implementation of global category strategies, in line with organisations global approach to Professional Services. In turn, the jobholder will be expected to introduce best in class supplier management initiatives as well as further innovative 'value-add' procurement initiatives.

Experience:

  • Extensive Procurement experience gained in the Professional Services & Consultancy categories
  • Excellent track record of managing high performing teams - ideally in a matrix environment
  • Able to demonstrate international procurement experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management/influencing skill-set
  • Degree & MCIPS qualified is preferred
