Procurement Business Partner
Up to £50000 plus Bonus and Package
Locations: Milton Keynes, Swindon, Reading or Sunbury
Our Client a Major Global FMCG Organisation, are currently seeking an experienced individual who will be the primary business interface to business stakeholders in the sales, marketing and supply business; accountable for ensuring business satisfaction with regard to service and outcomes across the procurement lifecycle.
You will partner with the business to understand priorities, objectives, and act as champion for business needs within a Procurement context. You will help to shape and drive the agenda; identifying opportunities deliver value to the business and positioning these opportunities for further development.
Act as primary business interface for local contract owners, and regional business support roles, supporting the Manager with business management review meetings.
Act as a "Business Partner" interface between Procurement and stakeholders
Responsible for ensuring alignment of Procurement objectives with regional/country business objectives
Provide supplier and demand insights for category teams to inform future strategy development and to the business for process development and improvement
Support Manager in fielding and allocating demand to appropriate channels within the Procurement organisation.
Support Manager in developing and implementing cross-category regional procurement strategies, processes and plans.
Be the first point of contact for Procurement issues resolution within the teams.
Support category teams including issue resolution from both suppliers and business.
Drive and support the Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and Ambition
Ideally graduate or equivalent
Experience in a Procurement "Business Partner" capacity
Category strategy delivery
Experience in collaborating with multiple teams and locations to drive common solutions and deliver a high quality service.
