1st Executive are retained by a FTSE100 global oil and gas supermajor who are looking to bring an Interim Procurement Analyst on board during a period of internal upskilling initiatives. The role involves an SAP Ariba implementation, analysing and consolidating vendors across the UK and multiple European countries. Role:

• Reporting in to Global Procurement Manager
• Undertaking an SAP Ariba implementation in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Benelux countries in the first 3 months, and then France for the remainder of the contract
• Performing Spend Analysis
• Consolidating vendors used in the transformation
• Understanding the strategic and tactical requirements of the function and ensuring the management of suppliers
• Monitoring PPI's
• Ensuring Compliance
• Delivering compliance and Ariba training to vendors
• Analysing suitable purchasing channels and acting to optimise the process
• Stakeholder Management
• Travel (up to 20%)

Desired Skills:

• 2+ years in procurement
• Degree in BA, Accounting or Finance (pref.)
• CIPS (pref.)
• SAP, P2P and Ariba experience
• German language skills are essential
• Experience in multi-functional teams
