P2P Specialist- £56k- West London

My client, a leading Educational organisation, is looking for a Purchase to Pay Specialist to join them in an exciting period of transformation. You will join their evolving Procurement organisation to lead projects that will aim to deliver high quality Procure to Pay services. Alongside this, you will assist in the development of initiatives to optimise processes and reduce waste; driving this prestigious University towards true procurement excellence.

Duties:

• Undertake various projects to develop a target operating model to optimise processes and reduce waste in the value chain.
• Work with Process Owners and key stakeholders to define the end-to-end vision for excellence for P2P, identifying process metrics and support the development of plans to achieve operational excellence in P2P.
• Fully implement the P2P process throughout who whole organisation.
• Work with stakeholders up to CIO, Director Level to improve the processes and drive the change in this area.

Your Experience:

• Experience delivering process optimisation and service improvements to the P2P process including technology and processes.
• Excellent track record of engaging and influencing key stakeholders with all matters to do with P2P.
• You will have a knowledge of Lean/ Six Sigma and process documentation Standards.
• You will have experience leading cross-function projects with P2P.
