INTERIM - P2P Coordinator (£200 - £250p/d inside IR35)

A leading Aviation business, based in Hounslow, require an Interim P2P Coordinator to start immediately with the long term view to go permanent while stepping up into a Buyer / Senior Buyer capacity.

The client are looking to identify a P2P Coordinator to coordinate Work Orders through entire life cycle. Follow up Good Receive/Vendor Invoices and Payment invoice in accordance with the company's policies and procedures and in line with the Service Level Agreements between Shared Service Centre and respective entities on a global scale.

Role: P2P Coordinator / Analyst

Salary: £200 - £250 p/d (inside IR35) - 3 month contract with long term view to go permanent.

Location: Hounslow

Experience:

• Ideally able to demonstrate analytics experience on direct spend categories
• Experience invoicing process & optimisation
• Trend Analysis
• Hands on experience of low level / tactical buying
• Excel Skills - Intermediate level (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc)
