Operational Procurement Manager - Birmingham

Overview:

A leading FTSE100, is undertaking significant transformation and up-skilling of the procurement function. They are seeking an experienced procurement professional who can demonstrate experience of fast paced, 'deal making' operational procurement covering a range of direct materials & indirect services, with the ability to communicate at all levels.

Your role as an Operational Procurement Manager will be managing low level, high volume procurement spend across a range of sites within the business. You will therefore need to be able to travel across the region, covering

Essential Experience:

• You will need to demonstrate 3 - 5 years' experience of end to end procurement in a fast paced 'deal making' environment
• Gravitas to influence & articulate at all levels of management across the group
• You will need to be highly motivated, ambitious & enthusiastic to develop a career within a hugely progressive environment
• Degree educated
• CIPS qualified (or working towards)
