Interim Workday Business Analyst £440pd

An exciting interim opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join a global, FTSE 100 Energy company and drive centralisation and standardisation of solutions.

This is a contract to the end of August 2023, offering up to £440 per day (umbrella, inside IR35), based working from home and in South-East England.

This Energy world-leader is at the forefront of its field in terms of sustainability, with trues aims for carbon neutrality and huge amounts of investment going into sustainable energy solutions and the cutting-edge technology to support.

The Role:

This role will sit in the organisation's global, People and Culture Business Unit, who drive the centralisation and standardisation of services.

You will be part of a team responsible for development and execution of solutions design and deployment for HR. This Team owns Workday, across Personal Data, Compensation, Benefits, Time and Absence, Talent, Recruitment, Payroll and Security solutions.

You will support their Workday implementation project, supporting with data orientated deliverables across extraction, conversion and migration.

  • Collaborate to understand requirements and new solution design, including localisation.
  • Agree data requirements and prepare workbooks to collect data from systems.
  • Support Data Lead with data conversion, including EIB creation and loading into Workday. Also support on creation and delivery of the plan for data conversion and migration.
  • Report anf provide guidance on data validations.
  • Ensure the functional team completes and is accountable for the mapping document.
  • Escalate and risks and issues.

Requirements:

  • Workday experience is essential, as well as strong EIB experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in similar role, including HCM implementation and project deliver.
  • Understanding of conversion and Migration strategies.
  • Prior experience in global, matrix organisations.
  • Confident communicator across all levels of stakeholder.
