Interim Solutions Lead - HR Tech £675pd

An incredibly exciting interim opportunity for a Solutions Lead to own several of this Energy giant's recruitment technologies and build meaningful partnerships across their Talent Team.

This FTSE 100 organisation is at the forefront of its field in terms of sustainability, with aims to become carbon neutral by 2050 and huge amounts of investment going into sustainable energy and the cutting-edge technology to support.

Initial contract to April 2023, offering up to £675 per day (umbrella, Inside IR35), with a hybrid approach to working from home and in South-East England.

The Role:

As Interim Solution Lead, you will own a number of recruitment technologies, ensuring the delivery of innovate and efficient user service. You will nurture and maintain relationships across the Talent Team and drive centralised and standardised HR services.

In particular, you will own and manage the core Applicant Tracking System and solution design. Working closely with Configuration Teams, you'll ensure solution design is translation to operations and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and business needs.

You will plan and execute Change, manage and mitigate risk, and ensure solutions and products co-exist seamlessly.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in either Sourcing and Attraction Technology, or Applicant Tracking Technology.
  • Strong, digital proficiency and good ability to engage with Technology Teams to implement digital products and solutions.
  • Experience designing and configuring business processes across HR SaaS applications.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional design and working systems.
  • Excellent ability to engage with and influence senior business partners and understand needs.
  • A track record of success in changing, fast-paced environments.
  • Business Analysis skills, including planning, requirements definition and documentation.
