Interim Scrum Master - £520pd REMOTE

A fantastic opportunity for an Interim Scrum Master to join a FTSE 100, FMCG organisation, and truly make a mark in an organisation going through significant transformation.

This is an initial 6-month contract, with excellent scope for extension, offering up to £520 per day (umbrella, Inside IR35), based remotely, with occasional, ad-hoc visits to the office for critical meetings.

The Role:

This will be a challenging and engaging role, within a vibrant and supportive Supply Plan Team, dedicated to Agile transformation.

You will support a large, multi-year programme, for my market-leading client's move from an APO SAP planning solution to a SaaS solution, OMP, globally.

Alongside running Scrum, Sprints and daily Stand-ups, you will be working to embed Agile with the wider team and stakeholders. You will work closely with the teams, supporting them to understand their roles, carrying out coaching, helping organise events, and ensuring artefacts, e.g. the Backlog, are up to date.

You will drive continuous improvement, through inspection of how the team are functioning and adaptation. Alongside this, you will work closely to ensure the best approaches are taken, and driving use of the best techniques.

You will bring the organisation on a Change journey for their Agile transition, and ensure a good understanding of Agile is maintained across key functions and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Previous, strong experience as a Scrum Master, accompanied by a Scrum Master qualification.
• Strong Leader and Coach.
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Advantageous would be any SAFe experience.
• Previous experience in a global, matrix environment.
