Public Health Analyst - 6 Month Contract - £300 to 400/day (Inside IR35)

Job Purpose;

• To provide analytical capacity and undertake the technical aspects of intelligence gathering from a multitude of data/ information sources
• Work with PH consultant to refine any data queries and research evidence of best practice with which to stimulate discussions with cluster leads
• Work with PH consultant and cluster identified data lead to understand what interventions can be done now, what need planning for the medium term, and what are longer term ambitions
• To work closely with the cluster data/ clinical system lead to design relevant metrics using the available data sets to track the progress and impact of cluster interventions (including experience metrics, process indicators and staff experience metrics)
• To support cluster data leads by providing basic training sessions to embed good practice and improve cluster analyst capability, utilising key data sources to review population activity.
• Refine place based outcomes framework working with the Council Business intelligence and Nel Commissioning Support Unit

Experience Required

• Required to have local authority/NHS experience
• Beneficial to have knowledge of system 1 and liquid logic
