Interim Project Contracts Co-ordinator - £200 - £300pd
My client, a British multinational in Hertfordshire that specialises in sustainable technologies, is seeking an experienced Interim Project Contract Co-ordinator on a 6 month contract, paying £200 to £300 per day.
You will:
- Prepare Invitation to Tender documentation
- Review bids, present in negotiations and administer the award of contracts and contract amendments
- Draft contractual and commercial terms & conditions
- Review and amends standard contract documentation
- Builds and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Provides general assistance & advice on contractual & procurement matters
- Monitors the performance of service providers
- Handling any problems raised by the client
- Making sure the project meets agreed technical standards
- Liaising with many different parties including technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client's own representatives.
Requirements:
- Engineering and Construction contract experience
- Familiarity of IChemE / FIDIC form of contracts
- At least 5 years' experience of contract co-ordination and administration
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
