Interim Procurement Transformation and Change Programme Manager required to support the Procurement Director to drive the transformation programme plan and own all change and communication requirements.

Role responsibilities:

• Develop the plans to drive transformation of the procurement function
• Deliver and own the change management and communications strategy to effect long term change
• Develop procurement processes, policies and management systems to achieve procurement excellence
• Support the Category Management sourcing approach iun EMEA & seek to align with regional teams
• Lead on large scale ad hoc change projects which may be cross functional and global in nature

Experience required:

• Ability to demonstrate delivery under pressure with a high degree of self motivation
• Ability to work with limited direct management
• Strong relationship builder who is comfortable presenting and interacting at C suite level
• Global procurement exposure
• Knowledge of multiple spend categories
• Demonstrable experience of leading and owning significant Change Management and Communications agenda
• Driven and determined. able to meet challenging deadlines
