Interim Procurement Reporting Analyst - £350 p/d

Our client, a market leading FTSE 100, seeks to recruit a Procurement Reporting Analyst to operate within their Procurement function. This is an exciting opportunity within a very well recognised and established procurement function.

Role:
Sitting within the Procurement Department, you will be responsible for the management of all procurement related data across the current P2P (Oracle) and e-sourcing (Bravo Solutions) systems covering the collection and analysis of procurement data from business areas, suppliers and payment channels to ensure appropriate Spend MI can be provided consistently and accurately. Furthermore, the jobholder will be tasked with supporting the design of best practice processes and technology developments across sourcing, supply chain management and payments by providing input into process and systems design, underpinning recommendations that support sourcing solutions. In turn, the jobholder will help to develop tools that maximise control of 3rd party spend, minimise costs and improve efficiency

Experience:

  • Must have direct, practical experience of managing and extracting data from Purchase to Pay (P2P) and e-sourcing systems.
  • Excellent numerical skills, with an ability to quickly and efficiently analyse and interpret spend data for the development of key reports
  • Advanced Excel and Access skills, including use of pivots, dashboard creation and modelling.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and presentation skills to senior stakeholders
