1st Executive are retained by a FTSE100 blue-chip FM organisation and world leader in their field, who are looking to bring on board a Planner/Scheduler on an initial interim 3 month contract. You will be working on site with another FTSE100 leading brand and planning for subcontractors and engineers who work onsite, aiding to provide total FM and Maintenance. This contract has very good scope to be extended and is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a world leading brand.

Role:

  • Planning and scheduling for subcontractors within FM and Maintenance
  • Onsite with a FTSE100 blue chip client
  • Scheduling of work requests
  • Management of identified service providers for PM work
  • Maintaining the Management System for work process
  • First point of contact to 3rd party engineers on site and managing them
  • Tracking issues/job requests/costs
  • Escalating issues and resolving them

Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years admin experience
  • SAP experience (desirable)
  • Planning/Scheduling experience (desirable)
