Learning Delivery Advisor - Safety & Compliance £745pd

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Day Rate: £745 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Location: Berkshire, Hybrid (60/40)

We're supporting a global Energy organisation through an exciting transformation and are seeking a Learning Delivery Advisor in Safety & Compliance to help shape and optimise learning across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development professional with strong analytical skills to drive learning effectiveness, support safety and compliance initiatives, and use data-driven insights to improve organisational capability.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver and support learning initiatives aligned to business priorities and safety & compliance requirements.
  • Analyse learning and skills data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage learning plans and support access to learning platforms and solutions.
  • Measure learning effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics and behavioural outcomes.
  • Produce meaningful reports and insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Advise stakeholders using learning analytics and performance data.
  • Support cross-functional learning projects and business initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in Learning & Development, Learning Operations or Learning Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present learning data.
  • Experience supporting learning programmes from planning through to evaluation.
  • Knowledge of learning technologies and performance reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong project coordination and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience within safety, compliance or regulated environments is advantageous.
  • Understanding of learning impact measurement and ROI is desirable.
