1st Executive are retained by an industry-leading, global manufacturing organisation, currently undergoing significant change and process improvements within their procurement function. They require an experienced Indirects Sourcing Analyst to come on board on an initial 18 month contract. The role is to provide supplier analysis and cost evaluation across the market, with an international scope. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain sourcing experience in a mature procurement function, who have some truly exciting work.

Role:

• Undertaking sourcing analysis and cost evaluation across market
• Work across categories including temp labour, energy, MRO and Capex
• Working across an international scope
• Optimise pricing for the function and for the rest of the business
• Key stakeholder engagement
• Develop ongoing analysis initiatives across multiple categories
• Some expenses paid international travel to company business sites

Required Characteristics:

• 3 years + experience as a sourcing analyst
• Experience working within Indirects
• Commercial experience within a large matrix organisation
• Manufacturing/Engineering industry experience (desirable)
