1st Executive have been retained to manage the recruitment of an Interim Category Manager to assist with a critical project within HR - Contingent Labour
Responsibilities:
- Understand the supply market and demand within the given category
- Work with the business and key stakeholders to develop and agree the category strategy
- Execute the strategy, creating and managing operational metrics
- Establish and oversee the procurement process
- Agree preferred supplier and tail supplier management strategies
- Partner with the Company Leaders and their direct reports to manage pipeline of projects or programs
Essential Experience and Job Requirements:
- Thorough understanding of and experience in procurement category management
- Strong category expertise within HR specifically contingent labour
- Working in an international environment
- Ability to communicate and influence across all different levels in the organisation
- Track record of developing impactful relationships with senior stakeholders
