Interim Finance Analyst required! £150-170 per day, for an ambitious and rapidly expanding global healthcare/pharmaceutical organisation based in London. An initial 12 month contract, this is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst with a strong background in reconciliation, forecasting and providing financial systems expertise. You will need to be able to operate in a fast-paced environment. A pharmaceutical or healthcare industry background is highly beneficial.

Role:

Revenue reconciliation and Supervised Revenue workings

  • Pharmatax and Clawback: reconciliation, entries and settlements
  • Exchange rate fluctuations: reconciliations, entries and settlements
  • Rebates/Discounts: reconciliations and data validation, entries, adjustments, settlements
  • GTN reporting
  • Other standard/non-standard adjustments/Reclass
  • Orders monitoring vs forecast

Opex reconciliation and monitoring

  • Driving the accrual process via open PO reports and interaction with distributors and local team.
  • Supervised detailed OPEX analysis - vs planned spend
  • For revenue and Opex prepare journal entries templates for manager's review and submission to FFS
  • Obtain from distributors the data functional to standard monthly/quarterly entries and adjustments
  • Initiate credit/debit notes in relation to standard aforementioned settlements and to other non-standard product/non-product related adjustments

Forecasting cycle

  • Consolidation of forecasting submissions from the 12 territories in the region
  • Tracking of forecasting assumptions
  • System uploads

Master templates and Systems maintenance:

  • Provide support with regional pricing template maintenance and other trackers
  • Initiation of price changes and advance pricing functionalities changes (e.g. modifiers) and interaction with CS, FSS, IT
  • Support with cost centres, departments and locations set up and change and interaction with CS, FSS, IT
