A fantastic interim opportunity for an Engagement Lead in Digital to join a world-leader in FMCG, and drive their integrated reputation, communications and engagement strategy.

This is a ontract to August 2023, offering up to £434 per day (umbrella, inside IR35), based working from home in in London.

The Role:

As Engagement Lead, you will sit in the Global Brand and Communications Team, this FTSE 100 organisation's Corporate Relations Centre of Excellence. This Team develop and deliver an integrated reputation, communications and engagement strategy, across internal communications and employee engagement, external PR, media communications, supply communications and Brand communications.

You will provide leadership to shape a change in digital channels offering internally, drive connectivity, collaboration and reach on a global basis.

  • Ensure control across global channels and news grid.
  • Create global, news content, representing the organisation's strategic priorities.
  • Moderate conversations content on Yammer.
  • Advise Leaders and colleagues globally on maximising of engagement via internal social media.
  • Support the creation of impactful user content.
  • Drive adoption campaigns and usage of internal social media.
  • Ensure the organisation's brand is embedded throughout digital channels.
  • Day-to-day management of Mosaic.
  • Support editing of content from key stakeholders.
  • Edit and film shot videos in-house.
  • Partner with third parties including Microsoft, Poppulo and WM Reply.


  • Experience of key, digital channels including SharePoint, Poppulo, Yammer, MS Teams and Zoom.
  • Excellent social media skills and a strong knowledge of driving reach and impact in digital and social media.
  • Governance and management of global news, ensuring robust processes are in place.
  • Ability to lead third parties and drive value and performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
  • Prior experience within a global, matrix environment.
