Interim Digital Programme Manager £710pd

A fantastic interim opportunity for a Digital Programme Manager to join an Innovation Team, as part of a world-leader in Energy, to support their digital transformation.

This FTSE 100 organisation is at the forefront of its field in terms of sustainability, with true aims for carbon neutrality and huge amounts of investment going into sustainable energy and the cutting-edge technology to support.

This is an initial 6-month contract, offering up to £710 per day (umbrella, inside IR35), primarily working from home and ideally once day per week in their offices in Surrey.

The Role:

As Interim Programme Manager, you will sit in a rapidly-expanding Team responsible for Innovation in digital services used within Aviation, focused on refuelling, stock management, and operations.

You will support their digital transformation programme to enhance products for the capture of fuel delivery, invoicing, schedules of operations and prevention of mis-fuelling, across both mobile and web applications.You will also drive the commercialisation of these solutions, for use in airports.

Working closely with key stakeholder groups, you will provide crucial support in planning releases for programme increments and will play back road mapping. Liaising across 6 squads, you will orchestrate the delivery of activities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years' strong experience managing large, complex digital transformation and business change programmes.
• Strong experience in Agile DevOps deployment.
• Excellent understanding of project and programme management methodologies and techniques.
• Experience in value assessment, business case development, procurement practices, budgeting and risk.
• Prior experience in product-based environment, with familiarity in coordinating product road maps, delivery, adoption, and service quality.
• Leadership, time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to network and interface with a wide range of stakeholders up to C-suite level.
• Advantageous would be a good understanding of Cloud-based technologies.
• Ideal, would be any experience in Aviation, Logistics, or in management of Field-based Populations.
