Interim Contract Manager - £400 per day within IR35

A new and exciting role has arisen to work for a UK leading organisation based in Hertfordshire.

As the Contract Manager you will manage the contractual relationship with key suppliers ensuring that robust contract management is undertaken.

You will develop and implement a contract management methodology and supporting tools to support clients

Promote a commercial and contract management culture across the organisation

Ensure that the organisation is recognised as the priority customer by demonstrating efficiency, trust and commitment

Lead on complex contract management activities with key suppliers

Monitor the comprehensive risk register

Apply innovative contract management approaches

Ensure that all contracts and commercial arrangements are operated in accordance with relevant Public Contract Regulations 2015.

The right person

The right person will have strong analytic skills with a commercial acumen

Proven experience in category management

Good knowledge of contract law and the application of EU Public Procurement Regulations
