Role: Interim Communications Manager

Rate: £312 p/d (INSIDE IR35)

Duration: 6 Months +

Location: Bristol (+ Agile / Flex Working)

Role:

The jobholder will be tasked with writing customer communications as well as supporting the analysis, development and training of best practice communications for key internal stakeholders.

As a key member of the Operational Communications team, the jobholder will:

• Develop content for customer communications - notably in regard to sensitive communications around issues relating to topics such as Fraud and Berevement etc
• Support the mapping and analysis of customer journey's; to ensure customers are recieving approrpiate communications at all stages of their interaction with the organisation
• Partner with internal stakeholders across various business units to provide advice, guidance and training on future communications strategy
• Ability to provide research and insight into communications best practice to help drive a culture of contunious learning

Experience:

• Internal or External Communications experience - spanning multi channels (branch, written, printed, web content)
• Experience of producing copy and content across a variety of topics; ideally with some experience of developing sensitive communications
• Financial Services / Regulated sector experience is beneficial but not essential
• Ideally Degree qualified
