Interim Commissioning Officer - 3 Month Contract - £120/day (Inside IR35)

This is a Health & Community Services (HCS) Post which sits within the Children and Young Peoples Commissioning Team and has direct working responsibilities to the Children, Schools and Families (CSF) Department.

You will support development and delivery of commissioning activity within CSFs Children and Young Peoples Commissioning Team, ensuring services commissioned are needs led, represent value for money, and to work in partnership with other agencies to maximise good outcomes for children and young people through effective commissioning.

The assignment will require the candidate to scope the information and functionality of a database for us to use within our team and to provide reports in a timely way to senior leadership. Linked to this, we need to develop a dynamic risk register of children and young people we are most concerned about as a system and keeping track of their outcomes. Some historic data may need to be entered into the system.

This would suit somebody with an interest in children's mental health and / or learning difficulties. The person would have a good knowledge of developing databases and dynamic systems. The person will need to liaise with senior leadership to scope the functionality and information required and synthesize information from a range of sources.

This is an urgent requirement with an immediate start required.
