Interim Commercial Specialist - £500 p/d

Are you an ambitious Interim Commercial Specialist - £500 p/d looking for the opportunity to provide commercial support around revenue generation initiatives for a leading leisure/tourism business? If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to undertake a newly created role in, supporting a revenue generation target of c£2 billion p/a.

Role:

As the Interim Commercial Specialist - £500 p/d, you will assist in identifying, designing and implementing commercial initiatives to support the businesses growth aspirations, focusing on the expansion of existing business initiatives as well as the development of new ones. The position will involve driving projects within an interdisciplinary team environment working with other divisions of the Group, including Engineering, Operations, Finance (including Pricing), Marketing, Sales, Contracts and Legal - supporting the development of pricing propositions. You will need to be highly commercial, numerate and able to build excellent and productive relationships with customers and internal business units. Furthermore, you will need first rate analytical and project management skills and be able to build traction on complex projects at pace.

Experience:

  • Expert knowledge of cost and pricing models (experience within a regulated business would be desirable)
  • Solid understanding of tendering and building commercial agreements
  • First class analytical skills and ability to build strong evidence cases
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management experience
  • Ideally degree qualified
