Interim Change PMO - £400 p/d

Our client, a global Financial Services organisation, seeks to recruit an INTERIM PMO to support a major procurement transformation programme.

Role:

• The PMO will work with the team to produce and maintain a detailed project plan, and keep the team focused on the plan & key deliverables. Work with the PMO Lead and other PMOs to ensure that project plans are effectively integrated within the whole programme plan.
• Key to success in this role will be an ability to manage the project in accordance with programme methodology, and ensure tollgates are clearly identified and delivered effectively.
• The jobholder will be able to present a degree of experience gained in a Project Manager/Support capacity and should be able to engage with key stakeholders across the business in order to gather, analyse and translate data into design requirements supporting the creation of detailed documents and process flows.
• The jobholder will be an experienced user of VISIO and Excel and wil demonstrate experience of using Open WorkBench and Clarity project planning tools

Experience:

• Presents PMO, Project Management and or Business Analysis experience
• Advanced user of Open WorkBench, Clarity, VISIO, Microsoft Excel
• Some experience gained working in a global organisation
• Ideally presents a degree of exposure to PRINCE 2
• Ideally Degree qualified
