Interim Change Analyst £40 - £45ph REMOTE

A fantastic opportunity for a Change Analyst to join one of the world's largest and most innovative medical device firms, providing crucial support on Workday, during their business-wide digital transformation programme.

This is a role to the end of the 2022, offering between £40 and £45 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35), based working from home.

The Role:

This role will be in support of my client's ongoing global HR transformation programme.

You will support the Change Manager in a hands-on role responsible for liaising with workstream leads, ensuring change management plans are on track, support communications, and producing and designing training.

This position will specifically support their Workday implementation, including Time & Absence and Benefits platform modules.

Requirements:

• Strong Change experience, supporting the implementation of large Change initiatives.
• Ability to understand Change Impact and Stakeholder Change plans.
• Communications and training experience.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
